Report Galileo - more than gps

Galileo moves. In 2006 the European navigation system will get its first satellites. When Galileo is finished, it shell win over his American relative gps.

by Andreas Kremla and Gunther Schmidek

"take the exit at kilometer 666. Turn left after 500 meters." Steerers of progressive vehicles know her, the homogeneous friendly voice, who gets their position directly from the universe. Mrs. Showtheway gets her data so far exclusively from the US military and its navigation system government inspection department. That is to change soon. European Union and ESA (European Space Agency) work since three years at an alternative.
Now time has come to move from inventing to developing.
On centimeters exact

When finished, Galileo is to offer some more than gps.
Both systems are able to determine a location up to a few meters exactly. Against surcharge Galileo can position even on centimeters exactly. Also the receipt of the European signals should be better. In addition Galileo is in a position to send "self-critical". If the accuracy falls under 100 per cent, a warning signal can be received on an own channel. A large advantage for particularly sensitive applications, for example in aviation. As decisive extra is still another channel for search and emergency services.

Peaceful intentions
Even if technically both systems are close relatives there is nevertheless a large difference in the origin of the two half brothers. GPS was invented, in order to direct warships, tanks and combat helicopters to the goal. Pentagon brings it into motion. The US Ministry of Defense permits an added commercial use. "Nevertheless the user must count always on the fact that the military in crisis periods can disturb or also block the signal regionally or locally." The Austrian Galileo Expertin Elizabeth Klaffenboeck sees this factor of risk as one of the motives for the new navigation system. Galileo is conceived for civilian applications.

Economic advantages
The goal of the European system is not the militarily, but the economic superiority. Within the Hightech range the system is to create projection/lead, as Klaffenboeck explains. "Galileo is a substantial factor for the future of the European industries in the range of the high technologies. With Galileo new, extensive markets are opened." Military vehicles probably will not be excluded from these markets.

Who is to pay that?
Galileo is to serve not only the economy, but also get payed from it. After the development phase a private operator is to take over the sky business ("here play with words: also: heavenly business", farmer) - with added financing from the European Union cup. A potent partner for the satellite alliance is at least in view. Klaffenboeck: "at the moment treaty negotiations take place. It's about a Public private Partnership model, which makes the thing not necessarily easy "

Start in 2008
At the end of December 2005 a Soyuz booster rocket brought the first test satellites for Galileo into space. With it devices are examined, which were developed particularly for Galileo. This year an other one is to follow. At the same time four satellites are build up, which make soon an experimental enterprise possible. Starting from 2008 Galileo is to be usable. In the last stage of development 30 satellites will circle around our globe, in order to supply the navigation system with data. Thus then altogether about twice as many navigation satellites float in space as before. At first a peaceful living together of brother and sister is planned: GPS and Galileo shell be compatible and can be used in combination - for the advantage of all the involved."

Are you bothered by a cartoon where a little piglet is not encouraging people to buy ham? You do know that hams come from pigs I hope.

You have got to see this comment about Solana from an expert on the European Union.

"As a EU player, Solana is most often a marginal figure, with an anomolous position that affords him very little actual power. When it suits the member states, they let him play but, when the chips are down, the big league - heads of government, foreign ministers, etc., come to the fore."

There's nothing like having a spare diplomat run around the world to take up the time of world leaders. I would think Bush and Rice might be insulted by having to consult with a useless diplomat who is only playing at being a leader. Ah the unlimited arrogance of those European leaders.

To the anon who said.
"Are you bothered by a cartoon where a little piglet is not encouraging people to buy ham? You do know that hams come from pigs I hope."

You are so perceptive!
The above article is another one to test your skills. Try to find the parallels of this one and the piglet article. This one is about PETA sponsored ELF/ALF terrorists.

Give it your best shot. I am rooting for you.

I must admit you've really stumped me
Anonymous 8:57.

But since you are interested in animal rights in some strange way, here's a New Age site dealing with animals. It's an offshoot of Wholeagain.com.

By the way, it was a piglet cartoon and not a piglet article.

Re.9:40
Sorry, I dont do New Age sites. I just dont feel comfortable with that. Are you New Age? If you are, you probably would have sympathies with both groups of terrorist (Islamic and Environmental) that I linked to. If you are not New Age and have sympathies with these groups , then I think you are on dangerous ground. But actually it was not my intention to be personal when I made my first comment. If that is what you choose, then so be it. Here is an online book, if you havent seen it.

http://philologos.org/__eb-trs/naA.htm

The title is "THE RAINBOW SWASTIKA"
This is great reading and was written to the Jewish people to inform them of the New Age movement.

Anonymous said...

I forgot to say, be sure you read the chapter "THE NAZIS AND THE NEW AGE"

Anonymous said...

I read the book and have contact with the author. How could Hannah possibly know about the New Age movement if she hadn't studied it from their own sources? Do you think Constance is a New Ager because of the research she has done.

No. I am not a New Ager. I have been following the movement for over 25 years now. Yes, the New Age movement is seductive, and you should stay away from experimenting with it. However researching it on paper and experimenting with it are two different things. When you are truly convinced how evil it is, you will not be seduced by it. A piece of advice: Evil only has as much power as you give it. You can give it power by experimenting with evil practices and telling yourself there is some benefit or by talking yourself into believing it has more power than your own Christian beliefs.

I think you have a misconception about how the movement works. It operates like a huge wheel with concentric rings and spokes and a hub. The animal rights movement is one of the spokes, not a ring or the hub. Only when a person crosses the line between caring for animals in the way the Bible commands to doing evil acts to protect animals does one enter the New Age movement. Keep in mind leaders of the movement say they have something for everyone, so if you are not going to research, look at what can personally pull you in rather than what is pulling others in. Pride goes before a fall. Those German Christians who supported the Nazis were filled with pride by the Nazi movement. It was their downfall. Hannah's piece deals more with the hub than with the seductions at the outer rim, so I'm not sure how you will find what is your weakness.

You still haven't explained the connection between the piglet cartoon and the article. The cartoon was not advocating violence.

By the way, at the website you would only have found directory listings of animal rights groups.

I'm beginning to think that very few people consider the New Age movement a threat at this time. Iran, Iraq, and Muslim terrorists are the only issues of concern to almost everyone. Does everyone seem to think that the Muslim terrorist situation will be dealt with and everything will turn back? Do people believe the push for one world governmente has ended? That all Jews and Christians will hold firm to the moral beliefs of their religion? That the push for abortion and euthanasia will stop? That animal rights activists will stop their push to put animals on the same level as humans? That the feminists will stop throwing power to the government? That people will see paganism for the danger it is? Will they see occult practices for the danger to minds and souls that they are? How many people even know how many branches there are to the New Age movement?

It's almost as if we are back in the late '70s, before Hidden Dangers came out. Does anyone else see it this way?

Anonymous said...

Out of all these branches of new age-isms, the Bible verses that come to mind is 2 Timothy 3:1-5 especially vs.5 " having a form of godliness but denying its power. And from such people turn away!" I'm sure there are multiple other verses as well.

Anonymous said...

child of god, could you please relate this to something concrete...an organization, an individual..

Do you mean having a claim of godlines but denying the power of God? That would make sense.

But what happens, as I see is, is that these people do not see themselves as having a form of godliness. They see themselves as co-creators with God, equal with God, and having lots of power. They do not speak of God nor deny their own power.

Re 9:29

I see no need to continue this conversation with you. I am sure you can recall Alice Baileys teaching about what to do when people don’t agree with you. She said something like this, to continually lie, degrade, assault their character or whatever it takes to take away a persons respect. It appears that is what you are doing to me. You have not really said anything regarding the original comment I made, other than to ridicule. I am not ashamed to say exactly what I believe or think. Are you? I think you are ashamed to state your beliefs clearly. I have not seen them yet.

Just to set the record straight let me say I am not now or have never been tempted to experiment with New Age, occult or any other related stuff. You can keep your self serving insinuations to your self.
I am a born again Christian who believes in the gospel of the cross the way it is taught by Jesus and his followers in the Bible. Nothing more nothing less.

Anonymous said...

Please dear sir or madam, 11;23 pm, quote the Bailey text you refer to. I think we should know if it really exists. From what I have seen you are a Jew hater posing as a Christian. You jumped on the piglet theme because Piglet said not to eat ham, something Jews are not to do. When your foolish comment was exposed, you didn't know where to turn, so now you attack with an evil tongue.

The only thing others can learn from this exchange is to verify their sources and not to jump on the bandwagon of anyone who calls themselves Christian. Those who did that during the Nazi period only destroyed themselves and their families. Pride destroyed them.

Most Jews are no more moral than any other group. As individuals they can be absolute pains in the neck to those who disagree with them. The government of Israel can be critized as we criticize our own government.

What cannot be denied is that they have carried the Torah thru history, that Torah scrolls do not allow for a single mistake. In a world where Christians have allowed multiple translations of the words, they have held that the words are not to be changed. Oh how New Age interpreters hate this.

What must be faced is that all of this finds a face in current thinking. There are organizations who support New Age beliefs and others who subsume New Age thinking into their ideas.

If you really were neutral, you would not find yourself in such a scratch back position.

Anonymous said...

You proved my point for me. Thank you!

Anonymous said...

You are correct. It was not Alice Bailey. It was her successor Robert Muller of world wide UN new age fame. Here is exactly what he said: "My second file deals with ways to diminish other entities. Lie about them, denigrate them, do not cease to repeat that they are bad, accuse them of anything and everything. The human species is still at the stage where this is the predominant game on the planet." This is from an interview with the new age magazine "The Center Magazine" Nov-Dec. 1981.

Anonymous said...

You will have to do a lot better than that. Robert Muller would never have made such a statement while he was second in command at the UN. It's obvious you do not understand how diplomats conduct themselves. You might try reading some of the things he wrote before you put words in his mouth. He was connected with the New Age movement thru Lucis Trust, but that connection was kept in the background, only accessible to people who did serious research.

So, as a challenge, prove to me that you know Muller was connected with Lucis Trust, or for that matter New Age, not through the writings of somebody else, but through original paperwork you have in your own hands. Yes, Lucis Trust headquarters were in the UN Plaza before he left, but that's not enough. There are other pieces to the puzzle.

The Center magazine was a magazine for the Center for the Study of Democratic Institutions, a leftist think tank. It did not exist in 1981.

Do you want to try again?

Anonymous said...

By the way, saying Muller was a successor to Bailey shows you totally do not know what you are talking about. I can understand that as you do not want to dip your toe into any kind of serious research but merely want to proposterously connect anything you can to promote your delusions.

By the way, what is the connection between a piglet cartoon and a serious article on the destructiveness in the animal rights movement. You still haven't answered that.

Anonymous said...

You are on your own from here on. Slander away as you wish. Be sure to follow Robert Mullers advice to the T. And when you are finished with me, get back to your research so you can continue slandering the bush family, Pat Robertson, Walter Martin, Newt Gingrich and anyone else you don’t like. But never tell what you know about people from the left. Just leave it for Paul Harvey to tell “the rest of story.” And send all your tithes to Islam. They are going to need more suicide vests and IEDs. The religion of peace is now threatening to kill people all over the world, over some silly catoons. You can bet they wont have my support.
About Bush family bashing. The only valid proof you guys have is George Sr and his comment about the new world order. Why did it never occur to you that he was referring to the real new world order that was occurring as a result of the end of the cold war with communist Russia, and not your new world order conspiracy.
Have you noticed how the Democrats are using Robert Mullers slander methods against Republicans? New lies and false accusations every few days over the last five years. I think Robert Muller is wrong. The people of the USA are smarter than that. “Strawberry fields forever” may be ending sooner than you think.

Anonymous said...

You certainly do give people who are against the New Age movement a bad name. I can't imagine whose nonsense website you are getting your material from. Since you refuse to dip your toes into any kind of serious research, I can only assume you are getting your information from some other source, a source that is lying to you and others.

No, I am not a Democrat attacking Republicans, which is what you are implying. Constance detailed Robertson's ties many, many years ago. Separately we both gathered material on Gingrich. I've never researched the background of the Bush family, though I've read what others have written. I did do a piece showing Kerry's link to New Age however.

Regarding Islam, you might want to websearch the words Islam and New Age together. The peaceful followers of Islam are in for a rude shock in the future just as the Christians in Nazi Germany were. Followers of Islam are as puffed with pride as the Christians in Nazi Germany were.

As far as the left is concerned, you might want to get a copy of the second edition of the Whole Again Resource Guide. It has 3,000 listings and was described as the best guide to the New Age movement when it came out. The website is just a pale image of the book.

What is boring but necessary is to repeat the baby steps for you and others when it comes to learning about the movement. Ten years ago Constance moved on to a much more serious level of research, but I couldn't do that because I'm not at her level. So I'm left to deal with the likes of you. Why I've been given this penance I don't know.

Frankly I'm glad you chose to post comments.

Well, I'll tell everybody one way that I KNOW that Robert Muller was connected to Lucis Trust (that is the Robert Muller of the UN, not the Robert Muller of the FBI). Get ahold of his book NEW GENESIS: SHAPING A GLOBAL SPIRITUALITY. There is a chapter entitled "The Reappearance of the Christ." He prefaces it by saying it was a transcript of a talk he delivered at an Arcane School Conference in New York. The Arcane School was a major operation of Lucis Trust. Lucis Trust, of course, sprang from an operation started by English/California/New York Theosophists Alice and Foster Bailey in 1922. Their then new endeavor was called LUCIFER PUBLISHING COMPANY. Yes, I own copies of books from when they were Lucifer Publishing! Robert Muller was always OPEN about his affiliations with Lucis Trust and frequently publicly and in print expressed his admiration for Dhwal Khul, the "entity" speaking through Alice Ann Bailey. I rest my case.

Interesting note: Over at EU they have been following the cartoon controversy. Here is something from the comments section of one of the recent articles.

Abd al Haqq Kielan said something else (which was noted in Svenska Dagbladet, but not commented on - surprise, surprise):

"It is not only pictures of Muhammed that are prohibited, but of all prophets including Jesus."

WHAT you say!!! I guess is it something that endtimers and New Age researchers need to follow up on.

Some readers might want to keep watch for a History Channel interview with Dr. Bashir, Saddam's physician for many years, It documents Saddam's interest in the occult. He actually set up a research park for people with "special powers."

What's a link between Islam and New Age influences? Try starting your search in Jordan. Constance shared this information. Ask her to post more here. That woman, to use an old cliche, has forgotten more than almost everyone here will really ever know.

If anyone reading this has any influence with her, get her to write her autobiography before too much time goes by. That part of history should not be ignored.

Wed Feb 8, 11:03 PM ET

LONDON (Reuters) - The
European Union may try to draw up a media code of conduct to avoid a repeat of the furor caused by the publication across Europe of cartoons of the Prophet Mohammad, an EU commissioner said on Thursday.

In an interview with Britain's Daily Telegraph, EU Justice and Security Commissioner Franco Frattini said the charter would encourage the media to show "prudence" when covering religion.

"The press will give the Muslim world the message: We are aware of the consequences of exercising the right of free expression," he told the newspaper. "We can and we are ready to self-regulate that right."

The cartoons, which first appeared in a Danish newspaper last September before being reprinted across Europe, sparked a wave of protests around the world.

Newspapers which have published them say they are exercising their right to freedom of speech, while critics say the cartoons are deliberately offensive. Depicting the Prophet Mohammad is prohibited by Islam.

Frattini, a former Italian foreign minister, said millions of Muslims in Europe felt "humiliated" by the cartoons.

His proposed voluntary code would urge the media to respect all religious sensibilities but would not offer privileged status to any one faith.

The code would be drawn up by the
European Commission, the EU executive body, and European media outlets, he said. It would not have legal status.

The EU's foreign policy chief Javier Solana is to travel to Arab and Muslim countries in an attempt to calm the anger caused by the cartoons.

found an interesting blog-article on Maurice Strong:(from April 2005,

Here link (for better reading

"Some people call me Maurice"
The Pompatus of Love, Maurice Strong

Maurice Strong isn't often in the news, but he's frequently behind it. So his stepping down as special UN envoy to Korea while his ties to a businessman implicated in the oil-for-food scandal are investigated provides a good opportunity for us to wonder just who this character is.

The broad strokes: The Canadian Strong is an oxymoronic billionaire socialist who serves as Special Advisor to the Secretary-General of the United Nations and as Senior Advisor to the President of the World Bank. He is also, among many other things, Chairman of Strovest Holdings, Chairman and Director of Technology Development Corp, Director of the Foundation Board of the World Economic Forum ["Davos"] and Chairman of the Earth Council. Strong's former appointments include Secretary General of the World Bank and Director of the Rockefeller Foundation. He is a leading Bilderberger, and member of the Trilateral Commission, the Council on Foreign Relations and Club of Rome.

Strong wasn't born to privilege, but was cultivated by David Rockefeller whom he met at 18, when he took a job as assistant pass officer in the Security Section of the United Nations. A year later Strong was an investment analyst, and at 25 he became vice-president of Dome Petroleum.

What else is Maurice Strong? An environmentalist and patron of New Age beliefs and religious syncretism. He and his wife have been developing tens of thousands of acres in Colorado as a model "international spiritual community," called the Baca, of which the Manitou Institute forms a part.

In other words, Strong is the stuff of nightmares for revanchist conspiracy theorists who hear the whirr of the UN's black helicopters: a gilded Rockefeller socialist linked to the Lucis Trust; a proponent of one world religion and government.

For instance:

In 1978, a mystic informed Hanne and Maurice Strong that "the Baca would become the center for a new planetary order which would evolve from the economic collapse and environmental catastrophes that would sweep the globe in the years to come." The Strongs say they see the Baca, which they call 'The Valley Of the Refuge Of World Truths ,'" as the paradigm for the entire planet and say that the fate of the earth is at stake. Shirley MacLaine agrees - her astrologer told her to move to the Baca, and she did. She is building a New Age study center at the Baca where people can take short week-long courses on the occult! Apparently, the Kissingers, the Rockefellers, the McNamaras, the Rothschild's, and other Establishment New World Order elitists all agree as well, for they do their pilgrimage to the Baca - where politics and the occult - the New World Order and the New Age - all merge. Watch Maurice Strong and watch the Baca!

I have to say, this is a curious place for me to be. Because much of what Strong espouses, I could say I support. I'm a socialist, I'm an environmentalist, I'm ecumenical in spirit. But I think to get at the heart of the mystery of our age, we need to take off our left or right blinders, and quit gaming our parapolitics to match our politics. As Jacques Vallee has written, most UFO researchers omit the most compelling evidence because it doesn't match their presumption of extraterrestrial origin. Similarly, I think watching Strong has merit, regardless of who else is watching him.

And perhaps it's worth noting here that Strong's Baca Grande is reputedly an active site for observing both UFOs and spirtitual manifestations.

For instance, from 1996:

A fourth witness in the Baca looked up and saw an "egg-shaped" sphere that instantly shot over the mountains. The witness had the distinct impression that the object reacted to her "seeing it." One has to wonder if folks are simply witnessing real extra-mundane phenomena, or indulging their wishful thinking. I can't help but think they are seeing something unusual. There were no known reports to the sheriff's office of these possible early fall overflights of the valley.

It's very tempting to jump to conclusions concerning these "orange lights" hanging over the San Luis Valley. They are so common, I'd bet we miss a lot of them. They blend into the sky so effortlessly.

Baca Grande also appears a magnet for military attention:

Multiple witnesses observed an extremely low-flying gunmetal colored 4-engine jet power cargo plane. One witness called it "C-17" which he thought was a new NATO plane that is "replacing the C-4." The plane arrived at tree-top level from the north, made a dangerous low left-hand turn, just above the treetops on N.Crestone Creek. Plane "seemed unusually quiet fro a jet," and was between 100 and 200 feet in altitude.

Strong has said that "we may get to the point where the only way of saving the world will be for industrial civilization to collapse." Again, largely, I agree. One teeny distinction between us: Strong is one of those in a position to effect its collapse.

Here's Strong, thinking dangerous thoughts aloud at the conclusion of an interview with WEST magazine in May, 1990 entitled "The Wizard of the Baca Grande":

Each year the World Economic Forum convenes in Davos, Switzerland. Over a thousand CEOs, prime ministers, finance ministers, and leading academics gather in February to attend meetings and set the economic agendas for the year ahead. What if a small group of these word leaders were to conclude that the principle risk to the earth comes from the actions of the rich countries? And if the world is to survive, those rich countries would have to sign an agreement reducing their impact on the environment. Will they do it? Will the rich countries agree to reduce their impact on the environment? Will they agree to save the earth?

The group's conclusion is "no." The rich countries won't do it. They won't change. So, in order to save the planet, the group decides: isn't the only hope for the planet that the industrialized civilizations collapse? Isn't it our responsibility to bring that about?

This group of world leaders form a secret society to bring about a world collapse. It's February. They're all at Davos. These aren't terrorists - they're world leaders. They have positioned themselves in the world's commodity and stock markets. They've engineered, using their access to stock exchanges, and computers, and gold supplies, a panic. Then they prevent the markets from closing. They jam the gears. They have mercenaries who hold the rest of the world leaders at Davros as hostage. The markets can't close. The rich countries...?

The journalist adds, "and Strong makes a slight motion with his fingers as if he were flicking a cigarette butt out of the window. I sat there spellbound.... He is, in fact, co-chairman of the Council of the World Economic Forum. He sits at the fulcrum of power. He is in a position to do it."

Many who have come to read between the lines of the official fable of 9/11 stop reading once they read of PNAC and The Grand Chessboard. I used to as well. But I've been persuaded that the deep truths of 9/11 run deeper, just as the planning and facilitation of the attacks are older than Dick Cheney's regency. And Strong's words strike me as making as compelling a case for self-indictment as PNAC's "new Pearl Harbor."

Certainly the neoconservatives are important players in the drama. (Lest we forget, Strong will now be advising Paul Wolfowitz in the latter's new role as President of the World Bank). But the neocons may themselves have been played, and too blinded by their imperial overreach to know they've become useful idiots of another agenda which will mean America's ruin. An agenda which intends to reboot the world.

I've said it before, but there's something about Luciferians that bears repeating: they think they're the good guys.

From the story
"...A top level meeting of media bosses, journalists and religious leaders is to be hosted by the European commission by the end of April.

"The gathering of 15 to 20 experts and community leaders will do the groundwork for a full-scale conference “later this year”.

"Last September – just nine days before a Danish newspaper sparked the row by publishing 12 cartoons of Islam’s founder – Frattini proposed a voluntary code of conduct for media organisations...."
