KAREN ARMSTRONG AND THE ALLIANCE OF CIVILIZATIONS

Recently interviewed by Benjamin Crème's "Maitreya the Christ" Share International Magazine" operation!

It's been a little while since I looked in on the Alliance of Civilizations. I decided to see what was happening with it today. Searching, I found a page on its UNAOC (United Nations Alliance of Civilizations) website. It was labeled "HLG Analysis." I went there. The first thing I noticed was a fairly new article by Karen Armstrong. Karen Armstrong is a former nun who considers herself a first rate theologian as well as an analytical scholar of world religions. Many others have given her credit for this as well, including but not limited to Kofi Annan, the former Secretary General of the United Nations who appointed her as one of the High Level Group of Personalities to oversee and make recommendations for governments to regulate religious school curriculums globally. Since Karen Armstrong spent years, per her account, in a convent, "under a veil," I expected her to have some basic grasp of at least Christianity. She is perhaps the most prominent face and voice of the HLG (High Level Group).

Karen Armstrong writes lots of articles and gives lots of interviews. What initially distinguished this one for me was to whom she gave it: SHARE INTERNATIONAL. Share International is the official publication of the "Christ is now here" crowd, specifically Benjamin Crème and his "Maitreya the Christ" company. Sometimes they, with permission, reprint articles from other sources. I looked carefully to see if this was perhaps the case here. It was not. The article was an interview specifically for SHARE INTERNATIONAL by Andrea Bistrich.

I am now wondering out loud if Karen Armstrong knew that SHARE INTERNATIONAL was (1) about a new 'Christ' who was decidedly not Jesus (and probably not Jewish either) and (2) was the official organ for a group officially seeking a "New World Religion."

Since Karen Armstrong holds herself out as an expert in comparative religion, I assumed that if she knew even 1/100th of what she is reported to know, that she should have had knowledge of what Share International is about. I decided to "google" for myself. I assume Karen Armstrong is also as Javier Solana accused fundamentalists of doing, "taking full advantage of the global village" and doing her own due diligence google/yahoo searches before lending her name and prestige to one cause or another. Doing my own search on "Share International" here were my first few "Google" hits:

Well, certainly no ambiguity there! Well let's go to the article itself and judge her theological and scriptural expertise by its content. A few quotes from her interview will do:

"American Christian fundamentalists are not in favour of democracy; and it is true that many of the Neo-cons many of whom incline towards this fundamentalism, have very hard line, limited views."

"The Arab-Israeli conflict has also become pivotal to Christian fundamentalists in the United States. The Christian Right believes that unless the Jews are in their land, fulfilling the ancient prophecies, Christ cannot return in glory in the Second Coming. So they are passionate Zionists, but this ideology is also anti-Semitic, because in the Last Days they believe that the Antichrist will massacre the Jews in the Holy Land if they do not accept baptism."

Well, I'll concede she must be a much better researcher than Yours Truly. I have read thousands of books on these subjects over the 26 years that I have been reporting on New Age Movement developments and have yet to run across a belief that "the Antichrist will massacre the Jews in the Holy Land if they do not accept baptism."

I'm sure she meant to say, "initiation." The New Agers of whom she has said nothing in expressing her views over various "fundamentalisms" have clearly written in so many of their books by so many of their prominent writers (Alice Bailey, Gina Cerminara, Benjamin Crème, Barbara Marx Hubbard, and David Spangler to name but a few) that there will be "the sword of cleavage" and death to those who fail to accept their New Age "Christ."

Well, maybe their New Age Christ repented and decided everybody should be baptized to protect them from his god Lucifer! Fat chance!

Well, now about her theology. Again, I found she was a much better and closer reader than me. Maybe her contemplative time in the monastery showed her hidden texts or was it her post-nunnery Akashic record meditations? Her Christology is certainly most unique for a former religious:

"Luke's gospel calls Jesus a prophet from start to finish; the idea that Jesus was divine was a later development, often misunderstood by Christians."

Well, now I know for certain that Karen Armstrong is certainly both a superior reader and theologian to Yours Truly. I have read the Gospel of Luke many times and certainly missed the points that Karen Armstrong raised to Share International the purveyors of a very foreign gospel proclaiming that Jesus is not the Christ, but this "Maitreya"/Betraya or whatever his/its name is supposed to be is divine.

I decided to again read the Gospel of Luke for myself. Far from finding what Karen Armstrong claimed it said, here's what it said about Jesus' divinity:

"Fear not Mary: for thou hast found favour with God. And, behold, thou shalt conceive in thy womb, and bring forth a son, and shalt call his name JESUS. He shall be great, and shall be called the Son of the Highest: and the Lord God shall give unto him the throne of his father David: And he shall reign over the house of Jacob for ever; and of his kingdom there shall be no end. (Luke 1:31-33)

"Then said Mary unto the angel, How shall this be, seeing I know not a man? And the angel answered and said unto her, The Holy Ghost shall come upon thee, and the power of the Highest shall overshadow thee: therefore also that holy thing which shall be born of thee shall be called the Son of God." (Luke 1:34-35)

"And it came to pass, that when Elisabeth heard the salutation of Mary, the babe leaped in her womb; and Elisabeth was filled with the Holy Ghost: And she spake out with a loud voice, and said, Blessed art thou among women, and blessed is the fruit of thy womb. And whence is this to me, that the mother of my Lord should come to me? (Luke 1:42-43)

"And the angel said unto them, Fear not: for, behold, I bring you good tidings of great joy, which shall be to all people. For unto you is born this day in the city of David a Saviour, which is Christ the Lord." (Luke 2:11-12)

"And, behold, there was a man in Jerusalem, whose name was Simeon; and the same man was just and devout, waiting for the consolation of Israel: and the Holy Ghost was upon him. And it was revealed unto him by the Holy Ghost that he should not see death, before he had seen the Lord's Christ. . . . Then took he him [Baby Jesus] up in his arms, and blessed God, and said, "Lord now lettest thou thy servant depart in peace, according to thy word: For mine eyes have seen thy salvation, Which thou hast prepared before the face of all people; A light to lighten the Gentiles, and the glory of thy people Israel." . . . And Simeon blessed them, and said unto Mary his mother, Behold, this child is set for the fall and rising again of many in Israel; and for a sign which shall be spoken against(Luke 2:26-31)

May I disrespectfully guess that Karen Armstrong in her own inimical way is striving to fulfill the prophetic musings of Simeon?

And then, also in the Gospel of Luke was the prophetess Anna, also finding the Baby Jesus in the temple.

"And she coming in that instant gave thanks likewise unto the Lord, and spake of him to all them that looked for redemption in Jerusalem." (Luke 2:17)

Well, Karen Armstrong is a busy person. Maybe she has no time, given her busy media and Alliance of Civilizations schedule to read the Book of Luke for herself. If she had, she might have noticed this statement from Jesus as recorded in the Book of Luke:

The law and the prophets lasted up until John. From that time the kingdom of God is proclaimed and every man presses into it.

Well you get the point. The Book of Luke from start to finish clearly proclaims the Divinity of Jesus. Perhaps Karen Armstrong confused the statements about Jesus with the statements about John!

Well, I've got to put a charitable interpretation on all of this. My most unkind observation is to say that since she left the convent, she has obviously made her divorce from Jesus very final. My charitable interpretation is maybe she just got out of the habit! Pun intended.

And, maybe if Karen Armstrong needs a reading list of the Hidden Dangers of the folks she gave that Share International interview to, I could help.

I recently found a related article on a web site called CrossLeft dedicated to Christian left wing activism:

Karen Armstrong: How Religious Movements Prolong the Arab-Israeli Conflict

The Christian Right, which Armstrong described as "the first fundamentalist reform movement of the 20th century," has sought to "drag religion back to center stage" in American life. She traced the origins of "rapture ideology" to an imaginative and selective reading by John Nelson Darby of the Bible's Book of Revelation, "the most unfortunate book of the Bible…"
http://www.crossleft.org/?q=node/2416

This led me to another interesting web site called Challenging Christian Zionism. In particular, look at the “Bible Says” tab. http://www.christianzionism.org/default.asp

Google “CrossLeft” and “Challenging Christian Zionism” together. They are clearly cooperating with one another.

They are saying we are are dangerous Christian Zionists who are striving to keep the Israeli-Palestinian conflict going.

Karen Armstrong is a pseudo-intellectual and, quite frankly, an Islamic, sympathizing groupie, just like Jimmy Carter. People like her believe they are right purely because of some “inner knowing” and hence feel justified in making unsubstantiated and dumb claims. Further, those who agree with her worldview will never check the facts because they want to believe this BS. She could never hold her own in a debate with someone who knows what they’re talking about. She survives because she feeds tripe to those who want to digest it without critical thinking. Am I coming across as angry?....Good!

PS there’ve been attempts at infiltration on Joel Rosenberg’s blog. Some antagonistic liberal poster adopted the legitimate blue name but when we clicked on it, instead of the profile page opening up, it went to a Google ad page. Then someone using Joel’s legitimate login left a bizarre post. We’re sure that it wasn’t Joel himself because he never posts and because the comment fell in line with the liberal mocking that the site has experienced. The point is that someone may have inner access to Google – perhaps a Google employee or a hacker - and they are able to cause havoc on a blog site. Be aware of this.

Not that you don’t know, but if Israel is “baptized” he will destroy them anyway.

I just spotted something else that might be significant from the Alliance of Civilizations crowd. A "Muslim Outreach" signed by 128 clerics is being delivered to Pope Benedict XVI urging him to find synchronicities between the two religions. I then noticed the release was issued by DR. JOHN ESPOSITO.

Looks like the war is on! Just in case they promptly remove it, here is the copy from the press release below!

Muhammed was a bloody warrior
who came along 650 years after
Jesus the Son of God finished
his work and said "It is finished".
The Q'ran is a pack of lies and ramblings
which clearly are hostile to Christianity,
and Judaism.
There is absolutely no common ground
and Islamists know it. Islamic hatred for Christianity is a basic premise of the
Q'ran.
They may fool a lot of people but they
won't fool those who read and believe
The Bible, and hold fast to the true faith.
Muhammed is dead, and awaiting
judgement.
Jesus the Christ is alive and sits at the

I found this over at BrusselsJournal.com with the sarcastic heading, a putdown of the European Council, from them that Hitler must have been a Creationist.
http://assembly.coe.int/Main.asp?link=/Documents/AdoptedText/ta07/ERES1580.htm

"A quote from a resolution of the Parlementary Assemblee of the Council of Europe (passed with 48 votes to 25 and 3 abstentions), 4 October 2007

'If we are not careful, creationism could become a threat to human rights which are a key concern of the Council of Europe. [...] The war on the theory of evolution and on its proponents most often originates in forms of religious extremism which are closely allied to extreme right-wing political movements. [...] If we are not careful, the values that are the very essence of the Council of Europe will be under direct threat from creationist fundamentalists. It is part of the role of the Council’s parliamentarians to react before it is too late.' "

I have been looking, for a very long time, to find an indisputable, documentable link, connecting Lucis Trust with the AOC,CNN,UN etc. This current interview Karen Armstrong did with Share International leaves no doubt in my mind as to the intentional purposes which are motivating these organizations. They are working hand-in-hand toward a common goal. The questions asked, and answers given in the interview appear to be deliberately disingenuous.
The interview consisted of half-truths (I'm being generous),and outright omission of factual information in regard to what the Qur'an says and doesn't say. Ms Armstrong has an obvious "favorite"
in the race. It isn't the Christians or the Jews in my opinion.

HK-91 says:

I was reading this and considering the posts here this morning, which are rather overwhelming in their content if we let them be. However I always like to put them in perspective in consideration of Who we serve, so fellow servants be of good cheer and consider...:

31 What shall we then say to these things? If God be on our side, who can be against us?
32 Who spared not his own Son, but gave him for us all to death, how shall he not with him give us all things also?
33 Who shall lay anything to the charge of God’s chosen? It is God that justifieth;
34 Who shall condemn? It is Christ which is dead, yea, or rather, which is risen again, who is also at the right hand of God, and maketh request also for us.
35 Who shall separate us from the love of Christ? Shall tribulation, or anguish, or persecution, or famine, or nakedness, or peril, or sword?
36 As it is written, For thy sake are we killed all day long; we are counted as sheep for the slaughter.
37 Nevertheless, in all these things we are more than conquerors through him that loved us.
38 For I am persuaded that neither death, nor life, nor Angels, nor principalities, nor powers, nor things present, nor things to come,
39 Nor height, nor depth, nor any other creature, shall be able to separate us from the love of God, which is in Christ Jesus our Lord.

After all we are on the winning side. Our hope is eternal, keep up the good fight.

In His Grace,

HK

Dear Rudi
You obviously word-searched
the word "fight" or "fighting" in
order to reveal all those verses,
and the Q'ran is exposed for what it is.
But try word searching "Christian" and
"Jew" and the results are perhaps even
more shocking. The hatred is clearly
aimed at those two peoples more than
anyone else.
Common ground?
I think not.

Off-Duty UK Priests Urged to Remove Collars: Coming To America Soon? It's Already Here
By Debbie Schlussel

One of the symptoms of growing Islamic presence and, therefore, extremism and violence, in Great Britain is the increasing attacks on those who openly display their religious affiliations. We saw it in France, where a Jewish woman was forced by Muslims to swallow her Jewish Star necklace and others wearing yarmulkes are violently attacked. Now we're seeing it in Great Britain in attacks on Christians.

Reader Aunty Dhimmi sends this from The Church Report:

Hi Paul- Nope, my search didn't start with the word 'fighting'. I was simply doing google searches using the phrase "religion of peace". I was hoping to find something written showing the contradiction between the Islam/Peace assertion and a more honest look at the Qur'an. I tried several different combinations and any time a site would use the phrase, with a view not supportive of Islam, I'd click on the site and get a "page not found" result. I was frustrated, and then remembered Hal Lindsay hasn't been afraid to speak and write about the 'religion of peace' from an historic, honest, perspective. I went to his website and read a few of his archived articles and found the following words of Muhammed, spoken by Osama bin Laden following the 9/11 attack on America:
" ?I was ordered to fight all men until they say, ?There is no god but Allah.?"
This is the phrase I put in my next google search to find the link to the website with the Qur'an quotes. I think I just figured out what you meant in your comment. The site has a "search" area where you can put in whatever word you want. The right-hand column has a list of words, which will bring up all the quotes relating to a particular subject.

We also have to fight and go into battle

Jesus also told us all "Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid"

I remember reading Karen Armstrong's account of when she was a nun years ago, and it was an interesting insight.

Since then, I have come to the conclusion that she has not a clue what she is talking about regarding Christianity, and anybody trying to follow her thinking will end up tied in knots.

In her hands the simplicity of the Gospel becomes incomprehensible. She is a menace as far as Christianity is concerned.

However, she has her use to the opposition of those who are of the true Christian faith, and would not be surprised to find that her real allegiance is to the Jesuits who have infiltrated into so many areas and use people who we would never even realize have connections and allegiance to the Society of Jesus' ultimate goal of ruling the world from the rebuilt temple in Jerusalem with their false christ pope sitting on the throne.

And I have noticed recently that people like Alex Jones are doing a good job of deflecting attention from them by saying that the New World Order is comprised of many different people connected to various bodies.

Of course it is, but if you take the time and the trouble to find out you will discover that although these people may appear as Protestants, New Agers or whatever, ultimately all roads will lead back to Rome and the Jesuits. The Knights of Malta and the Jesuits are so connected you would almost trip over them if you connect the dots.

They have their own secret agenda and since the Reformation and the collapse of the Holy Roman Empire they have used whatever means to bring us all back under this ungodly Government again.

If you don't believe me check it out and check out the oath that these people take when initiated into the worldwide brotherhood of this order.

Hidden in plain sight, of course they are, and many are serving loyally without anybody even recognizing them in the highest positions in the land.

Dear Anonymous 3:36 PM:

My mother raised me on those old Jesuit theories, as a 7th Day Adventist passionately believing each and every one of them herself. However, after I started researching the New Age Movement, I had to reject them. For openers, I found almost every one of the purveyors of those theories were using a book, ISIS UNVEILED by Helena Petrovna Blavatsky, as a primary source or relying on authors and books using that source. Helene Petrovna Blavatsky, the founder of the Theosophical Society and its magazine, Lucifer, wrote to her sister that, "I am writing ISIS, rather ISIS is writing me."

Further, reading the primary New Age books (Blavatsky, Alice Bailey, etc.,) it became very clear to me that Jews, Christians (both Catholic and Protestant), AND even Moslems were TARGETS of the New Age plans for our destruction. Peter LeMesurier outlined in his 1981 THE ARMAGEDDON SCRIPT pretty much what Alice Bailey had written in her previous books -- that the Old Agers (Jews, Christians, Moslems) would "go on to destroy each other in a massive mutual venting of long pent up aggression.")

Further, historically, we had events when the New Agers came into control. In Mexico and Costa Rica, they started with the Catholic communities. All too often Protestants remained silent thinking it was "the whore of Babylon getting her comeuppance." Then down the line, the laws forbidding prayer in the home, no attendance at anything other than state sponsored churches, etc., were enforced against them.

Anytime I see this line I then stop as I do not want to be a player for the New Age game plan. Are there New Age Catholics? Yes! Are there those Catholics honestly opposing it? Yes! Are there "fundamentalists" who are closet New Agers? Yes! Some are even not in the closet, i.e. Paul N. Temple of Fellowship Foundation.

You are where I was when I started my research. I used to give those Chick comic books to my son. Then I noticed things about them: They were using Blavatsky as a source. They were using Lady Jane Queensborough as a source. She wrote that "for the God of the Jews is not the God of the Christians." She continued, saying, "why the Jehovah of the Jews is not even worthy to be compared to Ahura Mazda of the Zoroastrians or Brahma of the Hindus."

Who is a liar but he that denieth Jesus is the Christ. He is antichrist that denieth THE FATHER AND THE SON."

Lady Jane Queensborough clearly denied the Father, if not the Son.

Continue to participate here and please pray for wisdom on this one.

I see that various names & terms formerly attributed to Christians have been hijacked. Even the word Evangelical now has a different connotation to what it once had. The Emergent church is doing a fine, Laodicean job of that.

I too had ignored the Jesuit connection until actually looking at the links and I know nothing of the people you speak of.

The secret oath the Jesuits take speaks for itself in that they are to go throughout the world to infiltrate religions, societies, whatever it takes to bring about the end of people who will not bow to their ideology.

The Black Pope is a real entity and needs checking out.

Ever did the Jesuits try to overturn the Protestant rule here in the UK, and ever will. Only now it is done in a more sophisticated way and they are very successful.

I am not Seventh Day Adventist and know little about them only that they are not/or were not regarded as Christian by the Christian Protestant church in UK.

My family is one of the oldest English Catholic families, and at one time were members of an Order of Templars and very involved with the Jesuits.

They still are predominantly Catholic, but the ordinary Catholic is not party to what the Jesuits and the Black Pope is about.

One of the favourite maxims of the Jesuits is 'give me a child until he is seven and he is mine for life'. The people connected to them will be hard to find because that is the whole point of the oath they take. They promise to do, say, be, anything, in order to promote their own agenda which is to ultimately rule from Jerusalem from the rebuilt temple under a world government ruled by them and their false Christ.

That means they will even kill if they are so ordered and that is also in their oath. It is far from a Christian order. They are evil.

A connecting link is the Order of the Knights of Malta and that would give some indication as to who some of them are, yet there are many many others who nobody would ever suspect and they have infiltrated the churches, schools, universities, and are in high office all over the world, just as the Holy Roman Empire encompassed the globe.

They did not vanish and go away overnight with the Reformation, but as I said, they have become more sophisticated.

Javier Solana will definitely have links to these people, as will New Age religions, they infiltrate everywhere and manipulate the agenda, just as they have so many people in top positions.

The Jesuits are basically Lucifarians and so many countries have kicked them out at one time or another and even the Catholic Church have at times managed to get rid of them, yet they come back. They are as active as ever.

These people don't play by any Christian rules of behaviour so don't confuse them with the Catholic church as it is presented.

Those that know how powerful they are fear them, and so they should, because as I said they are not against murder, much as that may be hard to believe.

The Jesuit oath they take speaks for itself as to the violent, evil people they are, and the Black Pope is the one directing them, and it is said that even the Popes take orders from the one who holds his position.

They hate Protestants and they especially hate Jews.

Their 'men' are in high banking positions and Masonry although the Catholic Church is said to be against membership of the Masons.

I have listened to Alex Jones and he talks about all sorts of things yet never seems to mention the Jesuits or Javier Solana except in passing and that reminds me a bit of the UK Parliament that discusses everything yet never says much about the EU which is actually passing on down about eighty per cent of UK legislation without it even being discussed in Parliament.

It is a dictatorship and for some reason the Members of Parliament blindly go along with it.

Hidden in plain sight all of it.

To the very best of my knowledge, Javier Solana does not have a religious bone in his body. He is, per my understanding, an atheist, who was officially a Marxist up until 9-29-1979 but I have a picture of him giving the Marxist salute at a 1983 clearly Marxist-Leninist meeting! His grandfather, Salvador de Madariaga ridiculed any suggestion the family was Catholic. Some have believed his grandfather to be Jewish (his mentored student, Ron Hilton, WAIS, Stanford University)because he wrote the book about Christopher Columbus being Jewish. I don't know as Madariaga denied that as well.

Please cite your sources for which you base your "Black Pope" beliefs. Hopefully they are not
1. Jack Chick comic books
2. Alberto Rivera
3. Eric Jon Phelps

There are others (Woodrow) who wrot about this and later changed their minds, saying their earlier writings had been based on erroneous information.

The Jesuits were not the primary actors in the Spanish Inquisition -- the Dominicans were, per some recent histories I have read on that subject.

Constance, that is the whole point, you will never know what a person is because those that pledge allegiance to the Jesuit cause will never appear to be what they really are. That is the whole point of the subversive secrecy of these people.

As for the 'Black Pope' who do you think he is then, and why do you think he has that title. What do you think these people are about and why were they banned so many times even by the Catholic Church if not that they were thought to be sinister and subversive, which they are.

The Jesuits have been known about for as long as I can remember, they have not suddenly sprung into action but have been keeping a low profile perhaps hoping people have forgotten about them. Read about them during the Reformation and how they tried through various means to put the Monarchy of England back into Papal hands, even by the assassination of the monarch if need be.

I am not talking about the Inquisition or the Jesuits role in that, but referring to their secret dealings and the loyalty they appear to instill in people. They are able to get people to do their bidding. During the Reformation they were more open, and more known about, but now, not so. Yet the world is turning the way they want it and all roads lead back to Rome as far as they are concerned.

You will never know if Javier Solana is connected to them but it would be a good bet that he is. Do you know where as a very young child he was educated.

Bill Clinton also and who would ever believe he would be. And how many more, who knows.

Their aims are the same as the New World Order but with a religious agenda and I would ask that you don't write them off so easily or discount them because they are very powerful.

I would like to believe that they are no longer up to their tricks but sadly they wont give up that easily. These are men with a mission and the people who don't believe the same as them are accursed as far as they are concerned.

Regarding people who have referred to them, Barry Chamish has mentioned them in the past as being connected some way to NWO, but of course, them and so many others.

All part of the same thing, the elevation of Anti Christ and ruling the world.

Hidden in plain sight, so who would believe any of this.

I think your mum was right to warn about them, but perhaps being from an older generation she could remember things about them from the past.

You still have cited none of your sources. Do you have any? Who are you?

I think I smell the presence of Eric Jon Phelps. Does anybody have any air freshener?

Who am I?

Perhaps somebody who can see the wood for the trees and not getting bogged down in the detail, which the devil is most certainly in, and he will have you running around in circles for years if you try to follow all the leads you will be thrown by him.

Because when you think you have worked it out, he will change shape on you and become something else, that is why you will not look at the Jesuits, because you are not meant to.

Karen Armstrong is a silly woman running around chasing her own tail and she likes the sound of her own words and is being used by somebody far clever than herself.

As for the air freshener, I suggest Anonymous keeps it for himself or herself. Not a nice Christian remark but one obviously intended to chase somebody away who has a different viewpoint or angle on what is happening.

Constance, here is a link to Jesuit involvement in world affairs by Barry Chamish.

Barry also has Youtube videos re Vatican/Jesuit involvement and how the Vatican is trying to get Jerusalem for itself and is all part of the New World Order.

Easy to choose which to view as there are several to choose from by typing in 'barry chamish and jesuits'.

Apparently many rabbis have already been murdered and others.

Murder Inc., ever were the Jesuits!

Jerusalem is hot property.

Although I like and respect many aspects of Barry Chamish's work, I feel he is misguided by Eric Jon Phelps, the author of the link VATICAN ASSASSINS. Eric Jon Phelps is plainly linked to the New Agers -- as far as I am concerned, he is a shameless New Ager even more shamelessly working Christian and Jewish communities. I'm sorry to say it, but Barry is wrong on this one. He has gone fishing too often with Eric Jon Phelps who told him a fishy story!
